제가요즘 저당이나 혈당에 관심이 많이가는데 다이어트나 건강은 우리가 자주 먹는 음식부터 바꿔야한다고 생각하여 고추장부터 구입하여보았습니다. 일단 짜기가 쉽기도 하고 일반적인 고추장은 손에 묻기도 하고 스푼에 다 묻어서 위생적으로도 그리고 번거롭기도 한데 이 제품은 짜기만하면 돼서 간편하기도 해요 그래서 여행이나 캠핑에 가져가기도 편할뿐더러 저당이지만 마늘향이 강해서 오히려 감칠맛나서 좋더라구요 그리고 풀었을 때 잘 풀려서 요리하기 편합니다.
